What is powder coating?
Powder coating is an electrostatic process in which powder paint is applied to the aluminium GARline® profiles using (automatic) spray guns. Thanks to the electrostatic charge, the powder adheres firmly to the product. It then goes into the oven, where it cures into a strong, uniform coating layer. This process is also known as powder coated aluminium.

Even coverage, down to the smallest detail
Depending on the application and the position of the final product, we determine the number of layers and the coating thickness. Thanks to robotic application, these layers are applied with exceptional consistency. Hard-to-reach corners? These are manually touched up for 100% uniform coverage.
Certified quality
GARline® quality: polyester coating with Qualicoat certification
Our aluminium profiles feature a durable polyester powder coating with Qualicoat certification. This coating is particularly UV-resistant and therefore suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Qualicoat Seaside: maximum protection
Our partners work with Qualicoat Seaside, the international quality label for coating aluminium in architecture. This label guarantees optimal protection, even in demanding (coastal) environments, thanks to strict requirements for both the process and the final product.
